Your data is stored in a secure PostgreSQL database hosted in Canada. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt. We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls to protect your information.

Your personal data is processed by CodeBoxx Technology on behalf of Ferme Genest for platform operation and technical support. We use Twilio for SMS delivery and SendGrid for email delivery. We do not sell or share your data with any other third parties.

By registering, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages via Twilio and emails via SendGrid on behalf of Ferme Genest. These include verification codes, registration confirmations, and important camp notices. You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time. Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent are collected solely for account security messages from Ferme Genest. We do not share, sell, or transfer this information, including opt-in consent, to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
