Champ d'été is a summer camp management platform operated by Ferme Genest, located in Saint-Nicolas, Lévis, Quebec. The platform is developed and maintained by CodeBoxx Technology. It allows parents to register children for the summer camp, manage their profiles, and communicate with camp staff.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. All information provided during registration must be accurate and up to date. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
By registering, you consent to receive SMS messages via Twilio and emails via SendGrid on behalf of Ferme Genest and CodeBoxx Technology. These communications include account verification, camp updates, and important safety notices. You may opt out of promotional communications but must remain subscribed to essential safety and account-related messages. Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent are collected solely for account security messages from Ferme Genest. We do not share, sell, or transfer this information, including opt-in consent, to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
All content, design, and functionality of the Champ d'été platform are the property of Ferme Genest and CodeBoxx Technology. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without written permission.
Ferme Genest and CodeBoxx Technology provide the platform "as is" and are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for camp registration.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or if your conduct puts the safety of children or staff at risk. You may request account deletion at any time by contacting us.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the judicial district of Quebec City.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Significant changes will be communicated via email.
